This includes: your name, email address, phone number, work availability, time-off requests, and shift assignment history. This information is collected and maintained by Lucky 13 restaurant management for the sole purpose of staff scheduling operations.
Your information is used exclusively to operate the scheduling system. Specifically: to create and manage your staff account, generate and publish work schedules, process time-off requests, send shift coverage alerts and scheduling notifications via SMS, and communicate schedule changes. We do not use your information for marketing purposes.
By providing your phone number to management, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Lucky 13 scheduling system. These messages include: shift coverage requests, schedule publication notifications, time-off request status updates, and escalation alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your information is accessible only to Lucky 13 management and authorized scheduling administrators. We use Twilio, Inc. to deliver SMS notifications. Twilio processes phone numbers solely for message delivery in accordance with their privacy policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are stored using bcrypt encryption and are never stored in plain text. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We retain your personal information for as long as your employment relationship with Lucky 13 exists. Upon separation, your account may be deactivated. Schedule history and audit logs may be retained for up to 2 years for operational and legal compliance purposes.
