1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lucky 13 Staff Scheduling System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This System is provided exclusively for use by current Lucky 13 restaurant staff and management. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

2. System Description

The Lucky 13 Staff Scheduling System is an internal tool for managing employee scheduling, availability submission, time-off requests, and shift coverage coordination. The System sends automated SMS notifications related to scheduling operations using the phone number provided by management.

3. SMS Communications

Program name: Lucky 13 Staff Scheduling. Message types: shift coverage requests, schedule notifications, time-off confirmations, and escalation alerts. Message frequency: varies based on operational needs, typically 1-10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. To opt out: reply STOP to any message. To get help: reply HELP to any message or contact management directly.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, keeping your availability and contact information current, responding promptly to shift coverage requests, and using the System solely for its intended scheduling purposes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person.

5. Availability and Scheduling

Availability submissions are subject to management approval and operational requirements. Time-off requests must be submitted before the 15th of each month for the following month's schedule. The restaurant reserves the right to require employees to work if insufficient staff coverage exists, as outlined in your employment agreement.

6. Shift Coverage

When you receive a shift coverage request via SMS, responding YES constitutes a binding commitment to work that shift. Responding NO or failing to respond does not carry any penalty. The System distributes coverage requests fairly and maintains a record of all notifications and responses.

7. System Availability

We strive to maintain System availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. The restaurant maintains backup communication procedures for urgent scheduling matters.

8. Modifications

Lucky 13 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the System following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of material changes by management.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from use of this System shall be resolved through direct communication with Lucky 13 management in Boise, Idaho.
